Ordering grass-fed beef from Sugar Hill Farm works the same way as any online order, browse, choose, checkout, and we handle the rest. Most orders ship straight from our farm in St. Marys to your door, and if you’re nearby, local pickup is available too. No phone calls required, though we’re always happy to talk if you have questions.
How It Works, Step by Step
1. Browse our cuts or choose a box. Shop individual cuts like ribeye and ground beef, or start with a curated option like our Starter Box or Family Box if you’re not sure where to begin. Our full shop has everything organized by category, steaks, roasts, ground beef, and beef boxes.
2. Add to cart and checkout. Choose shipping or, if you’re close to St. Marys, select local pickup at checkout instead. No account required, though creating one makes reordering faster. Orders over $76 ship free.
3. We pack and ship your order. Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, then packed with dry ice or gel packs depending on season and distance. Most Pennsylvania orders arrive within 1-2 business days. If you chose pickup, we’ll follow up with a time to collect your order at the farm.
4. Track your delivery. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
