How Orders Are Fulfilled
All beef orders are handled through a request-based system to ensure quality, freshness, and proper coordination with our processing partners.

Farm Pickup (Primary Option)
Most orders are fulfilled through farm pickup in St. Marys, Pennsylvania.
- Pickup location details are provided after order confirmation
- Customers are notified when orders are ready
- Appointments may be required for pickup
- Please arrive within your scheduled time window
This option is commonly used for:
- Half cow and whole beef orders
- Bulk beef purchases
- Pre-arranged individual cut orders
Butcher Pickup
For bulk beef orders, processing is handled by a local butcher partner. Customers may be required to pick up their order directly from the butcher facility.
- Processing fees are paid directly to the butcher
- Cut instructions are selected by the customer
- Pickup timing depends on processing schedules

Local Delivery (If Available)
In some cases, limited local delivery within Pennsylvania may be available depending on:
- Order size
- Location
- Scheduling availability
Delivery is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.
Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping or standard courier delivery.
Due to the nature of fresh and frozen beef products, all orders must be handled through coordinated pickup or approved local delivery arrangements.
