This blend mixes our 85/15 ground beef with a small ratio of grass-fed liver, giving you the extra iron, B12, and vitamin A that organ meats are known for, without the strong flavor of liver on its own. It's the same trick we use in our own kitchen to get our kids eating organ meats without a fight. Cooks exactly like regular ground beef, tacos, burgers, meatloaf, all work the same way.
